Order Processing

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days  Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. 

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

 

     

    Returns & Exchanges

     

    NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Exchange Store credit only. Items purchased from Lavish Luxe Shop are eligible for Exchange or store credit  within 3 days after delivery. 

    A small number of  discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

    Customer are responsible for return shipping .

    NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

    CONDITIONS

    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

    TOPS AND DRESSES

    Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .

    RETURNS

    We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our office. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 3 days of confirmed delivery 
    Pre-Sale Orders 
    All Pre-sale orders are processed within 14-20 business day. Once the items arrives to our office you will receive a email once your items is mailed with a tracking number. No cancellation are accepted on pre-sale orders.
